Flamin' Hot Cheetos Wings

INGREDIENTS 2 lb. chicken wings Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 1/3 c. all-purpose flour 2 large eggs, beaten 1 (8.5-oz.) bag Flamin' Hot Cheetos, crushed 1/4 c. hot sauce 2 tbsp. honey 4 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. buttermilk 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 3 tbsp. sour cream 2 tsp. freshly chopped dill 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Large pinch cayenne pepper 1/4 c. finely crumbled blue cheese Celery sticks, for serving

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour. Next, dip wings in egg, and then in Cheetos crumbs.

  2. Arrange chicken in an even layer on a large baking sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine hot sauce, honey, and butter. Microwave, whisking every 15 seconds until butter is melted and mixture is combined.

  4. Pour hot sauce mixture over wings and arrange on platter.

  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne. Stir in blue cheese.

  6. Serve wings hot, with dressing and celery sticks for dipping.


Philly Cheesesteak Nachos


This recipe from Delish.com is proof that everything is better in nacho form. Even if you're someone who likes their steak well-done, don't cook it for too long on the stovetop! You just want a good sear on all sides. It'll continue to cook in the oven while the cheese gets nice and melty.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 large bell peppers, thinly sliced

  • kosher salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

  • 1 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced

  • 2 cups shredded provolone

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 large bag tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add onion and bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper and cook, stirring often, until the onions and peppers are tender, about 5 minutes.

  2. Push peppers and onions to one side of the pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil to the other side. Add steak in a single layer and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the steak is seared on one side. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning then mix steak together with onions and peppers.

  3. Cook until the steak is seared on all sides, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

  4. On the prepared baking sheet, add about half of the chips. Top with half of the mozzarella, half the provolone and half the steak and peppers. Repeat to make another layer with remaining ingredients.

  5. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.


Cocoa Krispies Footballs


Who doesn't love Rice Krispie Treats? These tiny treats are sure to score points with your party guests.


Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 1 (10-ounce) bag miniature marshmallows

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 5 to 6 cups chocolate puffed rice cereal

  • Cooking spray, for your hands

  • White store-bought frosting, for decorating

Directions:

1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and cook, stirring, until melted about 3 minutes. Stir in the cocoa powder. Add the cereal, folding until evenly coated.


2. Remove the pot from the heat; let cool slightly. When cool enough to handle, generously spray your hands with cooking spray and shape the cereal mixture into footballs. Transfer to a wax paper–lined surface to set, about 5 minutes.


3. Put a scoop of frosting in a small resealable plastic bag; snip a very small piece from the corner and pipe the laces onto the football.


Copycat Chili's Buffalo Wings



If I had to pick a restaurant to go to with a reputation for great tasting buffalo wings it would definitely be Chili’s. So what better way to enjoy a fan favorite food than to make it myself at home!

I found this recipe This recipe at tastefullyfrugal.org, it's sure to keep your Super Bowl Fans happy.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cups flour

  • 3 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp butter

  • if you are not using the air fryer you will need about 5 cups of vegetable oil for deep fryer


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat Air Fryer for 4 minutes. (Preheat deep fryer to 360F)

  • In a bowl combine flour and all spices.

  • In a separate bowl whisk together egg and milk.

  • Cut chicken into 2 in pieces.

  • Dip chicken pieces into egg/milk mix and then into flour mix.

  • Repeat step 5 so chicken is double coated.

  • Cook in Air Fryer for 23 minutes, flipping chicken after about 15 minutes. (Cook in deep fryer for 5-6 minutes)

  • Let chicken rest on a plate while you make sauce.

  • Combine hot sauce and butter in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 30 sec increments, stirring in between until butter is completely melted.

  • Place chicken in a zip lock bag or container with lid and pour sauce over chicken. Shake until chicken is fully coated.

  • Serve with ranch (or bleu cheese) dressing and celery sticks

Yes you heard that right, Pepper Jack Cheeseburger Sliders. Get your 13 inch baking pans ready for this irresistible mouth watering taste bud sensation.

INGREDIENTS

for 12 sliders

  • 2 lb ground beef

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons pepper

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • ½ white onion, diced

  • 6 slices Pepper Jack cheese

  • 12 dinner rolls, or Hawaiian sweet rolls

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Combine the beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a 9x13-inch (23x33-cm) rimmed baking dish, mixing thoroughly, then pressing into a flat, even layer. Bake for 20 minutes. Drain the liquid and set the cooked beef aside.

  3. Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in the same baking dish. Place the cooked beef on the rolls, followed by the onions and cheese. Top with the remaining rolls.

  4. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

I found this one on Delish. Can you believe it? Two of my favorite foods, Egg Rolls and Mac and cheese, Life doesn't get better than this. Get your taste buds ready for the shock of a life time. Mac & Cheese Egg Roles.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare mac and cheese according to instructions on box. While still warm, fold in cheeses until melted and fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper and set aside to cool slightly, 10 minutes.

  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape and moisten corners with drops of water. Add a heaping spoonful of mac and cheese. Fold up bottom half and tightly fold in sides. Gently roll, then seal with a couple drops of water. Repeat until no mac and cheese remains.

FOOTBALL ICE CREAM SANDWICHES

INGREDIENTS

  • Ice Cream Sandwiches

  • Wooden Spoons

  • Sharpie

  • Rubbermaid storage containers

  • White cake icing

  • Resealable bag

  • Icing tip #4 and connector

  • Knife

  • Optional: Chocolate sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Using a Sharpie, draw football plays, referee stripes or team colors on wooden spoons

  2. Unwrap your ice creams and lay them on a sheet of wax paper or in Rubbermaid container

  3. Pierce one end of the ice cream with a knife so that your wooden spoons can be inserted easily later

  4. Cut the edge of resealable bag, insert your icing connector and tip, spoon in icing and pipe football design

  5. Place in Rubbermaid container and freeze until guests arrive.

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 lb. waffled fries

  • 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

  • 10-12 slices pepperoni

  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat fries according to instructions. Remove from oven and layer with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and parsley.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly golden brown.






Team Colors Cocktail Pouches



You are not a real fan if you're not sporting your teams colors. That includes your beverage too. I had to include this last idea via food network. It's convenient, it's handy and makes for easy clean up. Of course after eating all those snacks your gonna need something to wash it down with so why not have your drinks match your team colors, and in their own handy disposable package.




INGREDIENTS

Black - Long Island Iced Tea: 14 ounces cola, or to taste 4 ounces gin 4 ounces white rum 4 ounces silver or blanco tequila 4 ounces vodka 4 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 ounces orange-flavored liqueur, such as triple sec 2 drops black gel food coloring

White - Pina Colada: 12 ounces coconut cream 12 ounces pineapple juice 12 ounces white rum

Tan - White Russian: 16 ounces coffee creamer 8 ounces coffee-flavored liqueur 8 ounces vodka

Maroon - Red Wine: 2 bottles dry red wine, such as Cabernet Sauvignon . INSTRUCTIONS you will need 6-ounce clear stand-up plastic drink pouches with straws or cups with lid.

  1. For all the drink pouches except the maroon red wine: Stir together all of the drink ingredients for the color of your choice in a large pitcher or liquid measuring cup. Divide the mixture between six 6-ounce clear, zippered, stand-up plastic drink pouches with straws. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. You can make the pouches up to 3 days in advance and refrigerate or freeze. (If freezing, let the pouches thaw in the refrigerator overnight.)

  2. For the maroon red wine: Fill six 6-ounce clear, zippered, stand-up plastic drink pouches with straws with wine (save or drink the leftover wine). Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. You can make the pouches up to 3 days in advance and refrigerate (do not freeze).
