Easy Broccoli Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Ingredients


3 medium baking potatoes

1 cup of broccoli florets

3 tablespoons powdered milk

1/3 cup of hot water

1 tsp garlic salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions


Clean 3 medium baking potatoes in warm water. puncture potatoes with a toothpick. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour.


Remove potatoes from oven and cut in half length wise. Scoop out insides into a bowl and mash.


Place the broccoli florets in a microwave-safe bowl and cover the bowl with a damp paper towel. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. (You can otherwise steam the broccoli florets if preferred)


Combine potatoes, hot water, powdered milk, garlic salt and black pepper, mix well until fluffy (add more water if necessary). stir in broccoli and fill potato skin shells with mixture. Return shells to oven and bake for 10 minutes.


Remove from oven, top with butter and serve.
