If you are anything like me, Thanksgiving and Christmas was all about the dressing. Of all the dishes that everyone in the family brought to the table "The Cornbread Dressing" was a must have and Thanksgiving wasn't the same if there was no dressing. Fast forward a few decades and now... I am a fully grown human being. The time for playing with my cousins while sitting at the kiddie table gobbling up all the dressing and cranberry sauce are over. No more just showing up to family gatherings hungry and empty handed. No more free turkey and dressing dinners.

So in the spirit of those old school Turkey and dressing dinners I wanted to preserve that tradition by archiving that recipe here in this blog. Especially since now I have to cook those turkey and dressing dinners myself.
